Our annual calendar of events is key to nurturing Fellowship within our Company and strengthening our relationships beyond The Company.

EVENT VENUES:
Clothworkers' Hall has now closed for redevelopment. Please check the event venue below carefully. Most of our annual events will take place at Drapers' Hall, but may occasionally be held at alternative venues and some events may be held virtually.

EVENT INVITATIONS
With some exceptions, invitations are sent (usually by email) to eligible members approximately six weeks before the event; you can also find most invitations (and whether you've registered for eligible events) in your member profile. Please wait until you receive your invitation to register. If you have any queries, please contact us at 020 7623 7041 or Events@Clothworkers.co.uk.

We ask that members read invitations carefully, respond by the deadline, and review the event reminders so that you know where to go, what to wear, and what to expect. If you are bringing a guest, please provide your guest's details to the Events Team promptly and share the event information with them in advance.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS
To deliver events to a high standard, our team collaborates closely with the event venue for weeks in advance. Guest information (including diets) are required two weeks in advance and The Company must pay for any cancellations made with less than one week's notice. Therefore, we urge you to not over commit yourselves or your guests, and to tell us as soon as possible if you or your guest are no longer able to attend an event. For last-minute cancellations (24 hours or less) or no shows at an event, you may be asked by the Clerk to make a donation to The Clothworkers' Foundation in recognition of the expense and inconvenience incurred.
